Sole Owner of North Bay Sourdough Deli-Santa Rosa: Juan Hernandez
North Bay Sourdough Deli was established on October 2022 in Cotati, CA by siblings, Juan Hernandez & Luisa Hernandez. This locally owned and run business that officially opened on May 29, 2023 began as a partnership. A little over a year later they were able to expand to Santa Rosa, CA, and these siblings were able to become sole proprietors of their own sandwich shop. The Santa Rosa location opened on November 6, 2024.
