North Bay Sourdough Deli was established on October 2022 in Cotati, CA by siblings, Juan Hernandez & Luisa Hernandez. This locally owned and run business that officially opened on May 29, 2023 began as a partnership. A little over a year later they were able to expand to Santa Rosa, CA, and these siblings were able to become sole proprietors of their own sandwich shop. Luisa Hernandez is sole proprietor of North Bay Sourdough Deli at 7530 Commerce Blvd STE D, Cotati, CA 94931, and Juan Hernandez is sole proprietor of North Bay Sourdough Deli at 3401 Cleveland Ave STE 9, Santa Rosa, Ca 95403.
Juan Hernandez will personally serve you, he enjoys meeting new people and having great relationships with whoever walks through the door! On occasions you will also be greeted by his wife, Erika Castellanos, and his son, Gael! A fun fact is that a sandwich on our kids' menu is named after his son. The Baby G is sliced sourdough with ham and cheese! "Baby G" came to be by one of Gael's aunt's who gave him that nickname when he was born, until today, many family members still call him by his nickname!
